Most guests visit every 4–6 weeks, but we'll create a schedule based on your skin's needs.
Do I choose my treatment each time?+
No. That's the beauty of your Skin Journey. I'll assess your skin at every appointment and customize your treatment accordingly.
Do I have to use all four appointments at once?+
No. Your four appointments can be scheduled throughout your journey and must be used within six months.
What if I've never been to Awakened Beauty?+
You can absolutely begin with a Skin Journey, or book a single facial first if you'd prefer to experience Awakened Beauty before committing.

Which facial should I book?+
That’s completely okay! Most first-time clients aren’t sure where to start. The Awakened Signature Facial is a great choice because it is fully customized based on your skin needs. We will determine the best approach together during your consultation.
Can I receive a facial if I have acne?+
Yes. Every treatment is customized to your skin. A dedicated Acne Treatment is also available for clients currently on a Face Reality skincare regimen.
What if I have sensitive skin?+
Your sensitivities are part of your consultation, and your treatment is selected specifically for your skin that day.
Do I need to know my skin type?+
No. You don’t have to know exactly which treatment you need before you book. That’s what I’m here for.
What should I do before my appointment?+
Arrive with a clean face if possible, but don’t stress if you are coming straight from work or a busy day. Avoid aggressive exfoliation, waxing, or strong active ingredients shortly before your appointment unless discussed beforehand.
How often should I get a facial?+
Most clients benefit from a facial every 4 to 6 weeks to support healthy skin, maintain results, and address changing skin needs. Your recommended schedule will depend on your individual goals and skin concerns.
